Dom Tower unveiled
Dom Tower unveiled
The iconic Dom Tower, standing at an impressive height of 112.32 meters (368.5 feet), is the beating heart of Utrecht and the tallest church tower in the Netherlands. After extensive restoration work that began in 2019, the tower will finally emerge from its scaffolding in 2024. This marks a special moment for the city and its residents. Under the banner 'De Dom pakt uit / Dom Tower unveiled!', Utrecht celebrates the return of its most recognizable symbol. Visitors can once again admire the tower in its full glory and climb to enjoy a breathtaking view over the city. Discover more about its rich history, recent restoration, and planned festivities at domtoren.nl (site in Dutch).
