The Utrecht Image Bank offers a collection of photographs and videos (hereinafter referred to as ‘images’) of both the city and the region of Utrecht. The images may be used by anyone who wishes to share the story of Utrecht.

There are a number of important conditions and rules that apply when using the image bank:

Non-commercial purposes
Images in the Utrecht Image Bank may be used for journalistic or artistic purposes. Use for commercial purposes is not permitted. If in doubt, please contact Utrecht & Partners via huisstijl@utrechtpartners.nl.

Artistic use
None of the images in the Utrecht Image Bank may be edited using any tool or AI.

Privacy considerations
Privacy considerations are always taken into account when selecting images. The images were taken by professional photographers. If you find yourself unintentionally featured in an image, you can submit a request for its removal via huisstijl@utrechtpartners.nl.

Personal data and portraits
The Utrecht Image Bank contains images, including portraits, which contain personal data. Utrecht & Partners – the owner of the Utrecht Image Bank – processes this data on the basis of the legitimate interest provision under the GDPR.
